About Heath

It was a love of photography that inspired Heath Robbins to leave his job as an agency executive and travel the world with a camera in hand. More than twenty years later, it is his love for food, people, and making pictures, that continues to fuel his commercial photography career with focus and passion. For every client and for every shoot, Heath sets out to capture moments, tastes, and emotions that pull people out of their everyday, and straight into the moments that he creates.

Fresh & Honest Cookbook

I'll be blogging a lot about this book!

I am working on a cookbook with Chef Peter Davis of Henrietta's Table Restaurant in Cambridge MA. He is an amazing Chef and really great guy and it is fantastic working with him. This was the first of three scheduled food shoots and three location shoots for his new cookbook "Fresh & Honest Food". Aside from the fact that his food is absolutely phenomenal we got some amazing pictures. We have only just begun the project and I already can't wait for my own copy of this book.

I also have to say that while tasting all this food I had the best piece of bacon I have ever had in my entire life. No kidding, hands down the absolute best bacon I have ever tasted. Which in turn led to the best BLT I have ever had... in my life and I 've had a lot of BLT's. No joking if you are a BLT lover and live in MA get yourself to Henrietta's Table, ask for Chef Peter Davis, tell him I sent you and order the BLT. I promise you will agree with me after the very first bite.

Enjoy the photos, then if you're not going to Henrietta's - go out, invite some people over and cook something! There is nothing like enjoying good food with family and friends!
