About Heath

It was a love of photography that inspired Heath Robbins to leave his job as an agency executive and travel the world with a camera in hand. More than twenty years later, it is his love for food, people, and making pictures, that continues to fuel his commercial photography career with focus and passion. For every client and for every shoot, Heath sets out to capture moments, tastes, and emotions that pull people out of their everyday, and straight into the moments that he creates.

Cook. Snap. Tag.

We are so thrilled to announce the launch of Heath's beautiful book "Boston's Best, A Delicious Celebration of Local Talent."

Thank you to all of the amazing people who helped us create it, including Dan Stewart, Annie Copps, Jessica Weatherhead, Bette Troy, Verne Cordova, CoCo Grace and the talented models from Maggie Inc, Click, Dynasty, NEMG and Model Club.  And, most importantly, thank you to all of the chefs who kindly offered their recipes and their time: Trina Sturm, Andy Husbands, Jamie Bissonnette, Robert Fathman, Jody Adams, Brian Rae, Ken Oringer, Jasper White, Ana Sortun, Tiffani Faison, Peter Davis, Jeff Fournier and Joanne Chang.

It was a labor of love for the entire team at HR Studio and we have been blown-away by the response to it. Art directors across the city have said things like "We get photography mailers all the time and this one is a keeper! We hope to work with you soon" and "The only thing I like better than good food is good photographs of food...Nice work." Our phone has already started ringing.

We're so happy to hear that everyone has enjoyed looking at the book. Now we want you to use it. Cook. Snap. Tag. And, win a $200 gift certificate to Henrietta's Table restaurant in Cambridge.

Grab your copy or click here for the electronic version of our "Boston's Best" cookbook and start cooking.

Here are the details of our contest and you can click here for a behind-the-scenes video shot while creating the imagery for this book. ~Jenna

Unlike food processors, food retailing is a two-tier market in which a small number of very large companies control a large proportion of supermarkets. The supermarket giants wield great purchasing power over farmers and processors, and strong influence over consumers.
